On November 2, 2019, Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman was consecrated as a Bishop by the Calvary Cross Clergy Council and Bible Seminary. Bishop Dr. Charles Hackman has also founded the Excellence School of Divinity (ESOD), a Bible college that provides an environment where God's promises are imparted and realized. Operating under the broad umbrella of the Kingdom Legacy Institute, a subsidiary of Charles Hackman Ministries, his ministry encompasses various endeavours aimed at nurturing spiritual growth.

HUMANITARIAN WORK
Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman stands as the esteemed founder and CEO of H4P (Here for Perfection) Organization, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) granted Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations. Since its establishment in January 2011, H4P has championed the fundamental human rights and privileges of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Throughout the journey of H4P, Bishop Dr. Hackman has been a steadfast advocate against the discrimination of Persons with Disabilities, fervently believing in their abilities despite any disabilities they may have. The organization has spearheaded numerous projects and initiatives spanning various domains of life: social, health, education, entertainment, sports, and governance.

Among the transformative endeavours undertaken by H4P are the Helping Hand Community Project, providing support and financial services to PWDs; the H4P - Ability Praise Concert (APC), the largest platform in Ghana promoting the talents of PWDs in creative arts and entertainment; the Christina Hackman Impact Leadership Awards (C.H.I.L. AWARDS), recognizing individuals significantly contributing to the development of the disability community; and the H4P Celebration of Love projects, offering free health screenings to special needs children, caregivers, and staff. Additionally, H4P organizes the National Inter-Schools Disability Fun Games, fostering inclusivity, unity, and talent discovery in paralympic sports; Christmas Parties for Special Children and Families; Public Education Programmes; and the adoption and refurbishment of hospital wards (Christina Hackman Wards), among other initiatives.

Bishop Dr. Charles Cofie Hackman also serves as the producer and host of 'The Helping Hand TV Show,' an initiative of the H4P Organization, marking Ghana's first television program solely dedicated to disability issues. The show aims to provide an educative, entertaining, and reliable media platform advocating for the rights of PWDs and addressing social inequities hindering their full participation in national development. Known as the Voice on Air for Persons with Disability, Bishop Dr. Hackman, through 'The Helping Hand Show' since 2012, endeavours to showcase the capabilities of PWDs. Beyond his humanitarian efforts, Bishop Dr. Hackman is a Conference Speaker, Lecturer, Playwright, Producer, Music Composer, Director, and esteemed writer. He authored the renowned book, "The Chosen Generation," delving deep into the significance of being chosen by God, the expected life of the chosen, inevitable life challenges, and solutions to overcoming hurdles and living extraordinarily.
